Immediate opening for a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician in the Dayton, OH area! Who We Are

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Communicate effectively and display a professional manner when dealing with supervisors, co-workers, and clients inside and outside the organization.
• Work effectively as a team member, participating actively and constructively.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner by following OHSA & Company safety procedures for operating equipment and handling hazardous substances.
• Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as well as emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• 5 years of relative commercial HVAC experience
• HVAC/ EPA Certifications
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and an ability to manage multiple priorities/ tasks Experienced in bidding and managing small to medium sized projects independently Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude and a team player
• Experienced in bidding and managing small to medium sized projects independently.
• Must pass a Drug and Background screenings.
