Overview: 12100 Collective is new growth marketing agency based in NYC founded by alumni of Meta's growth team and servicing clients with >$75M annual revenues across a variety of industries. This specific role is responsible for devising performance marketing campaigns on social channels like Meta & TikTok, using data to unlock insights & approaches, and collaborating with designers to drive measurable business results for our clients. Excellent analytical skills are essential, as well as strong attention to detail and clear communication. As our Head of Paid Social, you'll oversee social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels in a senior role reporting to the CEO. Must have strong individual contributor skills (e.g. ability to execute campaigns end to end) and (eventually) help lead a team as our company scales. Key Responsibilities:
Create and operate paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other channels
Oversee creative strategy, audience definition, bid monitoring, budget pacing, and day-to-day optimizations of numerous campaigns for multiple accounts
Identify opportunities for optimizing various stages of the funnel (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and design tests
Analyze performance metrics to derive insights and share findings with stakeholders
Perform competitive analysis, market research, and understand key industry trends
Set performance goals and own the project roadmap to hit them
Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Craft creative briefs for paid media campaigns and ideate ad copy, campaign themes, and more with our design team
Understand key analytics & measurement challenges, work with engineering & analytics to resolve them
Minimum Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with an emphasis on paid social at top agencies or equivalent in-house experience
Deep understanding of the campaign types offered by different social platforms, nuances between them, and demographics of popular social media platforms
Personally overseeing at least $1M/annual paid media budgets (preferably more)
Experience setting up measurement and conversion tracking (pixels, offline conversions, etc.) — must be able to know how this works at a technical level while overseeing implementation
Comfort navigating design tools like Figma, Canva, and/or Photoshop
Strong communication and presentation skills: this is a client facing role
Strong analytics and data skills: must be proficient with excel or similar tools and very extremely analyzing data to draw insights
Proven track record of driving measurable results that led to top-line impact for businesses you supported
Bonus Skills:
Advanced BI capabilities (e.g. SQL, R, Python, etc.) and/or building dashboards (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g. SEM, SEO, etc.)
Strong creative eye: able to ideate winning copy, visual design, and overall brand positioning
