The Quality Control Representative will be customer focused in responsible for conducting on-site inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining open communication with clients throughout exterior construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and providing regular project updates.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the construction process.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.
• Foster positive relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

On-Site Inspections:

• Conduct thorough inspections of ongoing and completed exterior construction projects, such as roofing, siding, windows, and doors.
• Verify that materials, workmanship, and installation methods comply with industry standards, building codes, and company specifications.
• Identify and document any deficiencies or areas requiring corrective action.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the successful completion of corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions, and client communications.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to project managers and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
• Customer service focused, experience in serving customers, deescalating issues, overcoming objections, and providing a world class level of service
• Proven experience in quality control, inspections, or construction management, preferably in exterior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and best practices related to exterior construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying potential issues or deficiencies.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies for documentation and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
