“I can succeed as a Senior Business Operations Specialist at Capital Group.” As a Sr. Business Operations Specialist, you will work closely with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to draft and facilitate key components of the annual business planning process, primarily for Wealth Management Client Group, but also for other business areas in NACG. You will work closely with key business partners in Business Analysis and Insights & Analytics to draft and manage reoccurring Wealth Management reporting packages and coordinate timely delivery of business results against Wealth Management priorities. You will work closely with senior business managers to lead business communication and associate engagement across NACG, including coordinating and executing town halls, and support resource management (such as space planning and vendor management) in a consistent and scale-able way across NACG business units. And you will have an opportunity to provide project management and business support for initiatives across NACG to optimize business processes and operations. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have a bachelor’s degree, with 5 years of experience. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
