Major Responsibilities: Ensures effective and quality patient care services Patient satisfaction with services and health care Ensures effective management of staff in achieving goals of the practice Effective leadership in practice participation. Provides direct patient care if needed to support the team’s delivery of quality patient care. Licensure: Nurse, Registered (RN) Education/Experience Required: Associate’s degree in nursing plus 5-7 years nursing experience or BSN plus 3-5 years nursing experience. 1-2 years supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Appropriate clinical skills.
