POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of the Full-Service Technician is to repair and maintain vending and fountain equipment, both in-house and on the street. Will also include fountain equipment installs at various customer locations. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. Remove old parts and replace with new parts to keep track inventory current. Plan day’s calls. Order any special parts not kept in the truck inventory. Drive to the location, evaluate the situation, and perform necessary work (may include plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, and carpentry). After each call, complete paperwork on handheld device, print reports, and end of every day. Perform in-house repairs. Fill out paperwork, including serial numbers and parts used. Turn in paperwork at the end of every day. Flexible to work nights and weekends. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D and two years vending mechanic experience; OR (2) five years vending mechanic experience. Basic electricity knowledge. Basic plumbing knowledge. Apprentice through Master Grade mechanic; work depends on skills. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License. CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement. Related training or certification. Experience working in a team environment. Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator. Must have own tools. MS Office including Word and Excel.
