*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Residential Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home community care, social work, memory care, and dementia care. If you are passionate about providing quality care to individuals in need, we would love to hear from you. *Duties* - Provide personalized care and support to residents in a residential setting - Monitor and assist with activities of daily living - Administer vital signs and medication as required - Implement behavior management techniques when needed - Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress and care plans *Qualifications* - Experience in memory care, dementia care, and behavior management - Knowledge of home care systems and procedures - Familiarity with administering vital signs and medication - Certification in first aid is preferred - Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Residential Specialist.
