The Emergency Services Manager is responsible for supporting Crestwood’s mission statement and plan for the provision of patient care. The incumbent will support the hospital leadership in a highly diverse range of issues such as providing clinical expertise for patient care, maintaining regulatory standards for EMTALA, TJC, or CMS and ensuring appropriate leadership with employee relations, injuries and job performance.

Experience

• 3 year(s): Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency nursing. Demonstrated ability to work in a collegial and collaborative relationship with other health care team members in the promotion and provision of comprehensive patient care. Mastery of principles and practice of emergency and critical care nursing required. Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills using the English language required. Independent judgment, organizational ability and initiative are required.
