Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a Merchandising Assistant – Men’s, Scrubs & Accessories How Do You Fit In? As the Merchandising Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in daily, weekly, and monthly projects. The ability to multi task and prioritize these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. This position will report to VP of Merchandising – Fabletics. What You Will Do: Meticulous maintenance of buy records (UBT & Centric) Entry of new styles/outfits after buys have been placed Timely update of all style, cost, and quantity changes Line Sheet Creation: Create excel-based monthly line sheets and distribute to cross functional teams Manage Shipping Tracker: Manage all areas of shipping tracking from ETA to Receipt in the system Diligently surface any delayed POs or shipping issues to the Buying team Creation of selling report: Pull, format, and distribute weekly selling report Support ad hoc analysis Own sample process with cross functional teams: Pull and maintain samples for weekly selling meetings & other milestone meetings Monitor PO Approvals Additional responsibilities as required What You Can Bring: 1 year of Merchandising experience, or prior Internship BA degree preferred Highly Proficient in Systems: Strong knowledge in Excel, Centric & Blue Cheery is a plus Pulling reports and data entry in multiple systems Training would be provided Ability to troubleshoot systems or highlight concerns Detailed Oriented: Data entry with a high level of accuracy rate Accuracy in reporting / data pulls Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner Strong Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to partner, highlight, and raise any concerns Strong partner to the merchandising team to understand priorities and pivot as needed Compensation & Total Rewards: At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! We continue to build a culture of flexibility, to empower you to do your best and put yourself first. Our Total Rewards program rewards employees for their hard work, supporting their health, well-being, families, and ultimately their life journey. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
