In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the strategy of one of the top 10 largest banks in North America by working on our North American Partnerships team. Your responsibilities will include identifying appropriate investment targets, driving business relationships, and developing business cases and investment analysis. You’ll work closely with our product management, sales, and investment teams to execute our strategic roadmap. It will be helpful if you have experience developing business goals and key performance metrics to support initiative/program monitoring and enable insights, have worked in the venture capital space, and/or have experience with large financial institutions. You’ll be successful if you can build strong cross-group coordination and logistical support for new investments and can work across BMO to deliver results in alignment with overall group goals.

Understand and communicate the financial impact and underlying incentives of the deals we participate in. Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned businesses/groups for assigned initiative and product strategy by acting as an advisor and subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies including ongoing monitoring and reporting.
