Kabocha Food Truck is looking to add to our team.

You must be comfortable working with customers, taking orders and working alone.

We are located at 1909 Harrison Ave NW, West Olympia.

Operating hours are Wednesday - Sunday 12pm - 6pm.

Scheduled hours can vary between 9am- 6:30 daily.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

**This is a tipped position. Which can range from $3 - $6 more an hour**

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
• Take customers orders
• Cook menu items
• Keep stations clean and deep clean daily
• Stock inventory & make daily prep lists

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial cooking experience required
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Friendly customer-first attitude
• Strong attention to detail
