**Job Title: Bartender** **Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and possess excellent customer service skills. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly - Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to recipes - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age - Upsell additional items to customers - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently **Experience:** - Previous experience in bartending or related roles preferred - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Familiarity with catering and banquet services is advantageous - Strong math skills for accurate cash handling - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the food industry **Requirements:** - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail for preparing drinks accurately - Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers through exceptional service and have the required skills, we invite you to apply for the Bartender position with us.
