Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer to join our team. Strong experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong background in supporting and implementing various Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This role requires expertise in data gathering, analysis, functional documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Experience/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Applications, Cloud Infrastructure/Solutions, and proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MS SQL)
• Proven track record of supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as HR-core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management
• Practical experience in configuring and implementing enterprise integration architecture solutions using OIC adapters (SOAP, REST, FTP, and other pre-built adapters) based on data mapping requirements
• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data and create comprehensive functional documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts
• In-depth expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development, interface development and troubleshooting, application security roles, and workflow management
• Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps, Peer Review, GitHub, and CI/CD

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with trends, products, and services in the banking/financial industry
• Technical certifications for Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are preferred
