1Care Home Health, a locally owned company dedicated to enhancing the lives of adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes, is seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate team.

As a valued member of our team of dedicated medical professionals, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our community. 1Care Home Health offers a continuum of services, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients and their families throughout their home health journey.

This is a PRN(per-diem) position were you will be paid per visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Occupational Therapy (OT) services tailored to each patient's individualized care plan.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional status and develop customized treatment programs with achievable goals for improved functionality.

- Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills of individuals with impairments to develop effective treatment plans.

- Complete documentation, including Plan of Care and progress notes, in a timely manner to ensure compliance with company policy.

- Implement infection control and universal precaution practices in coordination with OSHA guidelines.

- Maintain accurate clinical records and promptly communicate any changes in patient condition to the physician.

- Deliver dedicated 1:1 care to ensure patients receive the attention and support they need in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is mandatory.

- Valid Nevada Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) is required.

- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is mandatory.

- Home Health experienced preferred
