We are looking for a customer-focused, driven, and friendly CNC Foreman to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise the CNC machines and operators
• Help operators with problem solving, adjustments, and setups
• Coordinate and schedule production jobs
• Problem solve and make decisions to decrease cycle times, increase efficiency of setups, improve the production process, etc.
• Review drawings and specifications and plan the production process (i.e., where and how to cut the part, the correct tools and materials, and the sequence of steps to follow)
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc.
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Inspect the quality and specifications of raw material and machined parts
• Stay current with new machining technology and techniques
• Coordinate inventory requirements with production, assembly, sales, and purchasing departments
• Maintain CNC tooling inventory
• Safely run and maintain machines
• Assist in machine maintenance and repair
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work with other production and assembly departments
• Provide training, direction, and feedback to the team
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for machining, quality and inspections, etc.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies

Hours and Benefits

• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday: Flexible Hours
• Compensation: Starting at $30/hour, depending on experience

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• 1 years of team lead or supervisory experience
• Familiarity with HAAS CNC equipment
• CADD & CAM experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Adapt well to rapidly changing requirements and information
• Self-motivated and able to work with little direction
