Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Field Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home healthcare agency in Edison, New Jersey. This full-time position involves both office and field responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care for our pediatric clients throughout New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Support: Provide clinical supervision and support to our pediatric home care nurses, ensuring adherence to best practices and agency policies.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular home visits to monitor patient care, assess needs, and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Recruitment and Training: Assist in the hiring and training of new nursing staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional care.
• Shift Coverage: Be available to pick up home care shifts as needed to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients.
• Weekend Availability: Work weekends as required to meet the needs of our clients and support our team.
• Office Duties: Participate in office tasks, including care coordination, documentation, and communication with healthcare providers and families.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Pediatric experience is a must; PICU experience is preferred.
• Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to pick up home care shifts and work weekends.
• Commitment to full-time hours.
