Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to lead our expansion efforts into current and new verticals within the restoration industry. As a Business Development Specialist at 1st Call Disaster Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside B2B sales and business development within the restoration or construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new vertical markets and increase market share as a Business Development Specialist.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry partners, including plumbers, commercial property managers, insurance professionals, and restoration vendors.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and networking events to build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities as a Business Development Specialist.
  • Collaborate with the owner to create targeted sales materials and presentations tailored to specific verticals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress as a Business Development Specialist.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your industry connections and sales expertise as a Business Development Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales or business development within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets as a Business Development Specialist.
