Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, Civil 3D, schematics, and project scheduling
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
