We are currently seeking skilled and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our mission of delivering personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Home Health Aide (HHA):
• -Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• -Provide companionship and emotional support.
• -Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• -Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition.
• Registered Nurse (RN):
• -Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• -Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• -Monitor patient health and progress, and communicate with physicians and families.
• -Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and self-care techniques.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA):
• -High school diploma or equivalent.
• -Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or completion of an HHA training program.
• -Previous experience in home healthcare preferred.
• -Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Registered Nurse (RN):
• -Current RN license in Mississippi.

• -Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
• -CPR certification.
• -Strong clinical and assessment skills.-Experience in long-term care, memory care, hospice care, or home care is preferred

- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical skills including medication administration and catheter care
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
