1st Lake Properties is Hiring a Grounds Maintenance Technician Near Metairie, LA
Tired of nights and shift-work? Are you interested in working the day-shift with no weekends? If so, we are currently hiring detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technicians to aid in the overall curb appeal at our apartment communities. The schedule for these positions is 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday.

What you will do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings, and pools neat, clean and tidy. You will also learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry!
Requirements:
Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
