We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive College Ambassador to be a part of our fun-loving, entrepreneurial, charming and dynamic 1st Phorm Street Team.

- Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with the consumer and answer questions honestly and accurately.
- Understand the mental and physical benefits of the product and personalize them for the consumers’ needs by asking insightful questions and careful observation.
- Partner with Field Marketing Manager on sampling campaigns and reporting, event execution, new accounts, account growth, and future Street Team Member recruitment.
- Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts that will be helpful in developing sampling opportunities.
- Proper handling, set up and take down of sampling tools including coolers, tents, and any other piece of 1st Phorm property to maintain brand image.
- Always acts as a 1st Phorm ambassador: Will be expected to share 1st Phorm events on personal social networking pages, in line with the 1st Phorm growth strategy. Must learn and take part in all aspects of growth strategy.
- Physically able to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing from 20-50 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products.
- Must comply with local, state, and federal law.
- During missions, must adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Must have valid drivers license and dependable means of transportation.
- Paid position with flexible hours and bonus and incentive opportunities.
- Local Saint Louis summer internship operating out of 1st Phorm HQ, and remote fall 2024/spring 2025 semester opportunities available.
- Professional development in the field of sales, communication, and marketing.
- Resume builder with opportunity for letter of reference for exceptional performance.
