POSITION SUMMARY

To perform maintenance and mechanical reports for 1st Source Bank facilities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Performs electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance for designated 1st Source offices and facilities.

* Provides assistance to the Maintenance Supervisor on minor repair and remodeling projects.

* Maintains department equipment including maintenance truck, equipment and tools.

* Prepares daily work logs for pricing and billing services to users.

* Provides a variety of maintenance services including moving furniture, painting, drilling safe deposit boxes and picking up parts from suppliers; provide 24 hour on-call service in the event of an emergency.

* Compliance training for your position must be completed each year.

* Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

* One (1) or more years' experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

* Basic knowledge to troubleshoot HVA, electrical and plumbing items.

* Good verbal communication skills.

* High standards for work ethics, attendance and organizational skills.

* Team oriented.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
