ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides a wide range of office services such as typing, customer and employee phone inquiries, filing, report generation and other clerical duties as assigned or directed.
• Attracts, advises, and serves existing and prospective customers through the Bank’s customer centered marketing plan:
• Informs customers of available Bank services.
• Direct and immediate response to customer needs or requests.
• Prompt and efficient ability to process customer transactions.
• Provides customers and Branch professionals with timely information directly or by phone.

• Responsibilities for Consumer Loan Processing Department:
• Loan Documentation preparation of all Consumer loans (Onboard Platform).
• Add vehicles to VINtek.
• Pull FFIEC for all loans.
• Check credit report for MLA.
• Make Lables for loan folders.
• All Aspects of Indirect Loans.
• Pull credit.
• Check credit report for MLA.
• Pull NADA.
• Pulls FFIEC.
• Write in dealer binder – give to appropriate loan officer / underwriter for decision. (if approved the following).
• Loan is returned with signed note from dealer – check note to make sure amounts/rates/term match approval.
• Enter onto Onboard.
• Add to VINtek.
• Produce tickets / check to dealer / label for loan folder.
• Prepare and send upload sheet to loan operations for exporting of loan.
• Works closely with Loan Officers and Underwriter.
• Orders and tracks all the real estate appraisals for Consumer Loans (Mobile home loans).
• Booking of all Consumer Loans.
• Checking tickets / signed note from branches – making sure note is signed and tickets balance – payoffs are correct.
• Send email to branch to run tickets.
•  Preparing and sending upload sheet to loan operations for exporting of loan.
• Order weekly supplies from Requisition.
• Participates in the Loan Administration and Consumer Loan Department’s long and short-term goals and objectives:
• Attends annual meeting to develop Departmental goals;
• Attends monthly relations meetings to discuss and evaluate “progress” on meeting goals and objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal communication and business/technical writing skills
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to follow through on details to completion.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITY:

This position does not supervise employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness.
• Ability to communicate in person, through email or via telephone with customers and staff members.
• Ability to sit or stand for an extended period.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
