Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. The Universal Banker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, promoting and opening banking products and services.

Teller Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial transactions for customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Process loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and cash checks
- Maintain proper cash levels in the teller drawer
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Participates in weekend rotation, as scheduled, floats between main bank and branch

Banker Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with opening a variety of deposit products; checking, savings, certificate of deposits, IRA's, debit cards, safe deposit boxes
- Assist customers with file maintenance; address changes, title changes, stop payments, and problem resolution
- Responsible for cross-selling to other department to build customer relationships
- Answers incoming calls and assist customers and/or direct them to appropriate staff
- Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
- Participates in and promotes bank sponsored community events

Skills:
- Customer relationship management
- Experience in a bank or financial services setting
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient knowledge of the computer
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash drawers
- Oral communication
- Practices a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
