1Vision is Hiring a HR Payroll & Recruiter Generalist Near Louisville, KY

This position is based out of our Louisville office. Recruiting and Hiring
Handle full life cycle recruiting, work with hiring managers on recruiting needs and on-board new hires
Prepare and distribute recruiting reports to management as needed
Attend Job Fairs and other in-person recruitment events as needed
Find opportunities to improve recruiting processes, and procedures, and increase efficiencies in and out of the HRIS.
Payroll
Process multi-state payroll for 200 employees, using HRIS and payroll software (Paylocity)
Process background and MVR checks for all new hire applicants
Maintain the E-Verify process for all new hires
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with HR Manager to ensure accurate employee data in the company HRIS
Ensure that pay practices are documented, pay rates and programs are monitored and that changes are timely.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
Human Resources
Work directly with the HR Manager on employee development, succession planning, coaching and discipline
Assist the HR Manager in the Development of solutions and help create a positive organizational culture, in line with company values and business priorities
Collaborate and assist the HR Manager with safety and other training sessions
Administration
Represent the Human Resources department with a positive, customer friendly attitude to all internal and external clients
Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure accurate employee data in HRIS system
Find opportunities to improve processes, and procedures, and increase efficiencies in and out of the HRIS.

Create and maintain personnel files for active and terminated associates
Assist employees with issues/questions regarding company policies and employee benefits

Requirements
3-5 years of HRIS/Payroll experience a must. Paylocity a plus.
