2 Penguins is looking to add a shift manager. This position will have 3-4 managing shifts per week and 2-3 serving shifts per week. Our ideal candidate is well versed in all areas of the restaurant as it is a hands-on position. You should be able to know how to Expo, Bartend and Serve. The successful candidate will carry themselves in a professional manner while retaining a willingness to have fun and make work fun for everyone. Ideally, we will hire someone who is social media savvy and can take our social media presence to the next level.

2 Penguins is a Colorado proud tap room, where all 36 of our beers are from Colorado local and independent brewers. 90% of our liquor has Colorado roots, and our wine is about 50% Colorado. Our Tap room features Colorado beetle kill pine. The company has been around since the 80’s as a catering company, then 9 years ago reinvented as a tap room that still hosts plenty of private events. We serve up to two events a day, including everything from Weddings to Celebrations of Life and from Retirement parties to birthday parties. Knowledge of catering and private events is a bonus but not required.
