Job Description:

CREATE AND REFINE PROCESSES

• Build on existing processes and introduce new systems and tools for efficiency

• Shape infrastructure to drive more growth through best practices that can scale and handle complexity.

A PIVOTAL PARTNER

• Collaboration

  • Partner with multiple teams in providing operational support to ensure the organizations overall success.

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects critical to achieving organizational objectives utilizing disciplined project management structure and tools.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key partners and hold them accountable to timelines and standard of excellence.

  • Support leaders in aligning and balancing internal and client goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organization’s strategy.

DEVELOP STRATEGY & GUIDE EXECUTION

• Translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results.

• Support the development of strategies and insights to drive initiatives across multiple channels.

• Help build and maintain long-term strategic roadmaps for the organization.

• Focus on prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic alignment.

CRAFT THE STORY OF SUCCESS

• Use data to develop actionable recommendations.

• Communicate strategic findings and analytical insights to internal/external audiences, including members of the senior management team.

• Develop executive-ready presentations using data and insights to tell a compelling story.

• Prepare program launch reporting and tracking documents, report out to Cross-functional teams weekly.

MORE THAN JUST PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for creating a cadence of projects and capacity planning to include feedback for weekly meetings.

• Lead the planning of initiatives in support of organization imperatives and growth.

• Maintain Master, Launch and Special Project tracking documents ensuring accurate, detailed, and thorough information is always included.

• Change management, including communication plans, training, and ensuring that everyone adapts to the new processes.

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with new processes or projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree required; Master's degree a plus

• 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to bridge the technical and non-technical domains.

• Ability to develop high level of credibility and positive professional working relationships with team members, peers and upper management

• Proven track record in technology, business process improvement, and solution engineering.

• Ability to show judgment and initiative to make decisions and problem solve
