2020 Plumbing and Heating CA is Hiring a HRIS System Manager Near Cypress, CA

We are looking for an HRIS System Manager to join our team! This position is based in Riverside, CA but will require weekly travel to Cypress, CA.

GeneralResponsibility:

The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HRsoftware solutions for the company. This role involves collaborating closelywith multiple departments to develop HRIS software requirements and workingwith external HRIS developers to rigorously test all new softwarefunctionality. The HRIS Manager also oversees the functionality of time andattendance systems and ensures successful coordination of onsite and offsitetraining for all personnel. Additionally, the HRIS Manager is responsible formaintaining the administration and integrity of all data collected from the enduser, ensuring the security and accuracy of sensitive information.

SignificantDuties:

·Developand implement HRIS software solutions to streamline business processes andimprove efficiency.

·Managethe entire HRIS project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systemdesign, configuration, testing, and deployment.

·Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensurealignment with business objectives.

·Providetechnical expertise and support to onsite and offsite employees for theimplementation and troubleshooting of time and attendance functions.

·Leadand coordinate training sessions for employees and managers to effectively usethe HRIS and time and attendance systems.

·EnsureHRIS system performance by monitoring data integrity and troubleshooting of anysoftware-related user-encountered issues.

·Ensurethat the current HR and Time and Attendance systems continue to functionproperly and regularly monitor the accuracy and consistency of the data.

·Conducttesting and validation of new HRIS features before deployment.

·Create, review, and update businessstandard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS integration in English andSpanish.

·Capture the flow of businesstransactions using Microsoft Visio.

·Create reports in the HRIS systembased on the needs of various company departments.

·Collaborate with HCM vendorpersonnel, programmers, and other technology-related staff to further thedevelopment of HRIS software requirements.

·Execute project managementresponsibilities for business application projects.

·Serve as the subjectmatter expert and advocate for Electronic Time & Attendance, ensuring thatthe setup aligns with project needs, legal requirements, and expectations.

·Ensure effectivemanagement and supervision of HRIS administrators' scheduling andresponsibilities.

·Believe and champion 20/20’s corevalues and inspire others to do the same.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

··Bachelor’sdegree in Business Information Technology is a plus. ·3 years HR experience, including performance management, leave of absence,benefits administration, full cycle of payroll, and recruitment. ·CaliforniaClass C Driver License, with good DMV record is required.·Abilityto read, write, and speak in Spanish is required.·Ableto build relationships with internal and external business contacts required.· Ableto influence with or without authority at all levels of the business.·Strongtime-management skills required. Able to maintain professional composure undertight deadlines or sensitive situations.·Strongleadership and training skills required.·Abilityto prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.·Knowledgeof payroll Federal & State laws required.·Computerproficient with HRIS experience·AdvancedExcel skills are required, as are skills with all Microsoft Office programs.·Abilityto respond effectively to sensitive questions and complaints Ability to bediscreet and maintain confidentiality.·Mustbe able to use critical thinking to effectively solve human resource issues.·Attentionto detail and problem-solving skills.·Strongorganizational skills and ability to prioritize.·Self-motivatedand follows direction of supervisors, but also able to work without constantdirect supervision.·Excellentverbal/ written communications skills.·Abilityto read, analyze, and interpret complex content and documents. 

PhysicalRequirements:

The positionof HRIS System Manager requires that you be able to lift objects that weight upto 15 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist.Ability to sit long periods, stand,walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. Positionrequires to work indoors/ outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold,and other unusual elements, such as loud noise, dirt, dust, fumes, etc.
