We represent a top tier telecommunications firm and drive their profit margins by utilizing our consultative approach for their wireless and internet based services.

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated, and ambitious candidate to join our team as an Account Associate to come in at the ground level, learn our business practices, and complement our team and our clients by understanding the tech based world! No two days are the same in this role, but all are equally fulfilling, as we emphasize a customer-focused approach, providing exceptional service, and the drive to increase our clients customer base.

As an Account Associate you will be:

• Assisting with the full life cycle of a customer - from customer service to closing sales as needed
• Strategizing the best and most effective ways to market and present each product
• Creating brand awareness and client recognition through our enhancement of technology efforts
• Connecting with the customer to present them our clients products and services to meet their needs
• Complete demonstrations of the products and answering any questions or inquiries customers may have
• Discussing how our clients compare to their competitors to be are the forefront of the industry
• Thoroughly explain the pricing, promotions, and sales process; Upselling any relevant products, and negotiating existing contracts when necessary
• Creating a customized approach to each customer, while ensuring professionalism and building a personal connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,527.78 - $4,248.51 per month
