Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Process payments using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of culinary terms and menu items
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 60 per week
