Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement web-based applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize AEM workflows, integrate AEM with other systems, and develop components and templates
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AEM development
• Train and mentor junior developers on AEM best practices and coding standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an AEM Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with AEM workflows, templates, and content authoring
• Knowledge of Java programming and familiarity with Apache Sling and OSGi frameworks
• Understanding of web analytics and SEO best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pre-requisites:

• Secret Eligibility clearance or greater
• Security Certification or greater
• O/S certification or similar degree
