Duration: Direct Hire

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct work activity of team members in assigned area.
• Effectively grows future key employees and leaders. Distribute workload appropriately
• Train and mentor team members in root cause analysis and PDCA.
• Champion Lean Kaizen events to identify cost and time savings
• Perform root cause analysis
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions of assigned department(s).
• Perform capacity analysis using build plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Three years previous manufacturing supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
