Job description Our client, an internationally recognized law practice, is looking for a Brand and Internal Communications Specialist to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
This role involves crafting and executing initiatives to enhance our external brand presence and fostering a positive internal workplace culture through effective communication strategies. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, you will develop and implement storytelling strategies that highlight the firm’s legal work, thought leadership, and the journeys of our lawyers and business professionals. You'll also design employee engagement plans to support the firm’s values and goals.
You Will:

• Develop and execute internal communication and engagement strategies with the SMC Director.
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, announcements, and intranet content.
• Collaborate with department leads to align internal communications with the firm’s brand.
• Write and edit content for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Work with lawyers and colleagues to gather information for accurate and engaging content.
• Oversee the creation of annual corporate social responsibility and thought leadership reports, ensuring timely content delivery.
• Develop marketing materials to support brand and client development needs, including brochures, biographies, ad copy, and recruiting collateral.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and internal communication strategies.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling and brand-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Asana.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to tailor content for various audiences.
