Creative Marketing Coordinator (Nashville, TN)

Our Client: A prominent American multinational technology company known for it dominance in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, and digital streaming.

Duration:6 months (potential to extend or convert to perm)

Pay: $32/hr on a W2 (set rate)

Hybrid in Nashville, TN (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote)

Our Client is seeking a Creative Marketing Coordinator that will help drive strategic creative solutioning for our client's internal teams. As a Creative Marketing Coordinator you will manage end-to-end project delivery, support creative brief development, and analyze initiative performance to support future planning. You sill support our client's Workforce Creative Marketing Staffing Team that is responsible for recruitment for our Client's Operation Teams. This Team develops brand and recruitment content to attract job seekers.

Day In the Life:

• Define, prioritize, and drive initiatives forward, by partnering with relevant stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns
• Track campaign success and gather insights to continually optimize future initiatives
• Provide visibility to all initiatives being worked on to Senior Marketing Manager
• Partner with Creative Producers to outline specifics of creative briefs

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Marketing or Creative experience in agency or corporate marketing setting
• Experience in supporting a global or international marketing organization
• Proven project management and client services skills
• A profound understanding of creative processes and production
• Experience working in Asana is a plus
• Experience working in Recruitment Marketing is a plus
