Our client, a Twin Cities-based SaaS platform, is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing team as they ramp up their business into new markets. This person will begin as a contractor at ~10 hours/week , with strong potential for this role to grow and evolve to encompass many other digital marketing functions including SEO, automation, social media, content strategy and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to achieve advertising goals around increasing website traffic, lead generation, and driving sales – targeting customers in the healthcare, finance, government services and higher education (marketing and IT leaders)
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing and identify trends and best practices when it comes to SEM/PPC
• Partner with other marketing team members to create compelling and engaging ads
• Monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics – CTR, conversion rate, cost per conversion etc.
• Continuously optimizing campaigns to ensure they are reaching target audiences

Ideal candidate profile:

• Experience working on small, scrappy teams and/or start-up environments
• Possess understanding of the SaaS space and be comfortable with tech (preferred, not required)
• Ability to identify areas for growth and opportunity i.e. new marketing enablement tools
• Must be able to run experiments/analytics
• Possess a numbers-driven, ownership mentality
• Targeting candidates with 5 years of experience, open to folks with less experience but strong potential/work ethic
