Here is a brief overview of the job description:

• Locate and unbox all core infrastructure equipment
• Mount and connect all LAN/WAN equipment (2 routers & 6 switches)
• Complete wireless access point, station and patch panel cross connects
• Locate and unbox workstations, phones and POS equipment
• Install all client devices on the sales floor, stock rooms and in office areas
• Install POS systems at cash wraps
• Perform initial and final validations of all technology
• Install Wireless Inventory Handheld Terminals
• Unbox and setup MobilePOS devices and storage.
• Apply wire management best practices where applicable.

Cash Wrap Moves

• Uninstall and remove the complete POS system, security cage and all components including telephone and any connected peripherals from cash wraps.
• Relocate the POS hardware and any other identified equipment to a new temporary or new permanent location as indicated.
• Relocate network and voice cross connect patch cables located in the main network distribution room.
