One of our large tech clients is looking for a freelance Producer / Creative Project Manager to join their team for a 5-month part-time contract role supporting the company's in-house brand team.
This freelance Producer / Creative Project Manager will be providing initial project triage support, verifying budgets, assets, etc. and reviewing creative briefs before presenting to the internal creative/design team.
The freelance Producer / Creative Project Manager must be comfortable driving key projects forward and leading briefings/check-in/review calls with design/creative teams.
Ideal freelance Producer / Creative Project Manager candidates will have:
- At least 5 years of in-house, agency, or freelance experience as an integrated producer, creative project manager, or similar role.
- Previous experience owning project budgets, asset management, creating/reviewing creative briefs, etc.
- Comfortable with calendar management, scheduling project kickoff calls, feedback/creative reviews, and other internal meetings.
- Understand how to follow-up with stakeholders in project tickets and keep them up-to-date on project statuses
- Experience working directly with vendors on projects and coordinating communication between vendors and internal/external stakeholders
- Well-versed in modern remote work technologies and tools, able to manage video/meeting recordings, notes, etc.
- Experience working with VO talent (voices123.com)
- Eager to take on the responsibility of organizing virtual team building events
- Full proficient with YouTube/Vimeo upload processes/requests
- Proficient with various tools/software including: Airtable, Bynder, Voices123, Riverside.fm, artist.io, Keynote, etc.
- Able to categorize and add tags to assets that need to be uploaded into the company's digital asset management tool (Bynder)
- Fully remote (ET/CT/MT preferred)
- BYO computer
- Flexible schedule, but must be available as needed throughout the week
