Job description HOT fashion company looking for a strong and CURRENT Senior Manager or Director Of Ecommerce/DTC to drive digital and retail growth strategy. This position will report into our CEO and be responsible for driving all aspects of the direct to consumer business. The chosen candidate must have a strong understanding of omni-channel merchandising and inventory management. This person will lead a cross-functional team of internal employees (at HQ & in stores) as well as external vendors.RESPONSIBILITIES: UX/Development
- Oversee UX, including site navigation and innovation
- Launch new apps / updates and technologies to improve site relevancy
- Oversee merchandising of site and new product uploads
- Responsible for continuous site auditing to improve/fix errors or broken links
- Optimize website experience through managing an off-site developer’s ongoing project development
- Identify areas of improvement and site innovation, as well as oversee tactical execution
- Manage day-to-day ops of site platform including inventory replenishment analysis, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing web metrics to improve overall performance
- Oversee customer service strategy in coordination with marketing team
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Manage overall DTC strategies to achieve/exceed sales goals
- Develop and run weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Collaborate with marketing to understand full product launch calendar and all support initiatives around launches
- Collaborate with marketing to manage growth and maintenance of customer database, including email segmentation and nurturing VIP client relationships
- Act as a leader and mentor to others on the team
- Communicate ongoing department goals and objectives
- 5 years experience in ecom and digital marketing in the FASHION industry
- Previous luxury apparel experience a plus
- Demonstrated success at developing and executing product release strategies
- Adept at being a leader: inspiring, collaborative, empathetic and a great listener
- Well versed in website design, SEO, product catalogs and graphics to increase current customer purchases and attract new customers
- Proficient in Shopify Plus
- Eager to be part of a small team dedicated to growing the brand and team
