24 Seven has partned with an industry leading fashion brand to add a Supply Chain Analyst to support their Walmart partnership. You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Your role will involve working closely with various departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that products are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and operational costs are minimized. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in supply chain management software, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
• Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage supply chain management software and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain preferably within a retail or apparel environment.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
