*Seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to assist with one-to-one patient care in the Mobile County, AL area

Physical Therapist PT Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized one-to-one care to clients based on individualized Plan of Care
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions and needs to the Director of Nursing
- Keep clients' families informed about care plans, health changes, and any concerns
Physical Therapist PT Requirements:
- Current unrestricted PT license in the state where care is being provided
- Certified BLS CPR(AHA In-Person) and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Minimum of one year documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting clients with mobility
