Job Description:
Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the
following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the manufacturing plan, including personnel requirements, material needs,
subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
Be able to manage production to company, GMP and ISO standards.
Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization to obtain optimum
production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing,
and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations,
including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business
objectives.
Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and
customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and
emerging products specifically relating to production capabilities.
To monitor daily production and notify General Manager of immediate concerns.
Develop new strategies for increasing productivity and quality of Operations and developing system
enhancements.
Manage Floor Team Lead, Mechanics and Maintenance personnel.
Be able to communicate with and coordinate agency staff.
Not directly responsible for Quality Team but be able to support and work with quality issues.
Coordinate with Compounding Team
Work with Inventory Specialist
Education and Experience:

Education and/or Experience:
o College or Higher Level degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
o Strong command of the English language. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most
complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or
complaints. Must have the ability to speak in an open forum to several attendees including
owners, presidents and management.
Math Ability:
o Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability
to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to
interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and
deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
o To perform this job successfully, an individual should have at minimum functional knowledge of
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Internet
software. Preferably experienced with ERP software.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
o Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physical Demands:

employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable
