Overview:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Manage and coordinate hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role, at a branded hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with PMS systems and other hotel management software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
