The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating heavy equipment to ensure project efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain heavy equipment including dump trucks, water trucks, graders, backhoes, and bulldozers. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to pave, build, and grade construction sites according to project specifications. - Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment on site. - Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within project timelines. - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to uphold operational standards. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. **Experience:** - Prior experience in heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. - Proficiency in operating dump trucks, water trucks, graders, backhoes, and bulldozers is a plus. - Strong understanding of construction processes and equipment functionality. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Skills:** - Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation. - Familiarity with dump truck operations, water trucks, graders, backhoes, bulldozers. - Capability to pave, build, and grade construction sites efficiently. - Proficiency in following instructions accurately and working collaboratively with a team. - Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks effectively. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
