Job Description
*Pay rate will depend on character, personality and experience (in that order). This position will ideally grow into a full time position.
Duties include:
*Merchandising: Planning and implementing attractive produce displays and maintaining proper storage.
*Department Maintenance: Ensure shelves, displays, aisles, prep and storage areas are clean, meeting store and health department standards.
Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills.
*Excellent customer and employee service.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to lift and move 50 pounds.
*Ability to stand for long periods of time.
*Ability to work in cold, wet conditions.
*Open availability for scheduling.
*Regular, predictable attendance.
*Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing environment.
