Position Responsibilities include:
Greeting and building rapport with guests
Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
Appraise and buy-in merchandise
Manage a register throughout the day
Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Please apply if you meet the following requirements: Must have
A love for and experience in the game of golf
A minimum of two years of customer service experience
Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
Nice to have
1-3 years of customer service experience in the golf industry
Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
