Job Title: Project Architect

Award-winning design-oriented Cleveland-based firm with a national practice that that works collaboratively with their clients to develop solutions that reflect their communities and campuses. Project types include new construction, expansion / renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic buildings.

You will:

• Collaborate closely with the project principal, designer, and manager throughout all project stages

• Lead project teams in coordinating and delivering detailed project documentation, overseeing junior architects and interns

• Coordinate with engineering and other consultants

• Contribute to all facets and stages of architectural design

• Aid in establishing project schedules and budgets

• Participate in project meetings

• Manage and organize project files efficiently

• Travel to and from project sites and client meetings as needed

You have:

• At least 5-10 years of professional experience required

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program

• Architectural licensure preferred, but not required

• The ideal candidate should possess relevant professional experience and demonstrate the capacity to produce high-quality documents, with a strong grasp of architectural design and technical detailing skills

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• Effective team player with the ability to work independently

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others

• Prior experience in construction administration is advantageous

• Strong graphic and verbal communication abilities

• A strong focus on client service and adept at building relationships
