  • Leading marine and industrial maintenance company in Tampa, Florida. 
Job Description
  • • Field service trucks dispatched to industrial, commercial, and marine sites to repair and troubleshoot Fluid Power Systems and components • Must be able to work in industrial environments with little or no supervision under the customer’s rules and effective OSHA guidelines. • Willing to attain Fluid Power Certification (Pay incentives offered) • Assemble and test components to OEM specifications • Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting on systems and components. • Evaluate cause of failure, recommend changes/upgrades • Replace components then start up systems • Perform HPU flushes and maintenance • Reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
  • Salary:  $32-40 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and skills.
  • Hours Per Week: 40
  • Overtime: Based on Customer demands and needs.
  • Workweek: The Jobs only vary slightly. Most Jobs are 7:30-4 M-F
  • Payment Days: Every other Friday. 26 pay checks per year.
  • Start Dates: ASAP.
Qualifications
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Test: Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check. 
  • English Level Required:  Proficient (conversational English) 
  • Physical requirements:  Must be fully physically capable. These are hands on, skilled trades that have very Little room for adjustments for accomodation. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Documentation: " Título en Ingeniería, Cédula Profesional y Pasaporte". 
  • Others:  Read and expertly understand Hydraulic Schematics. Highly experienced with all aspects of hydraulics component repairs and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience with Hydraulics for Marine and Industrial applications
  • Education:  Mechanical Engineering Degree

  • 401K: Yes, with matching contribution after 1 year
  • Healthcare Insurance:  Yes, full medical, dental and vision coverage. Employer cover 75% of the employees cost. They cover 25%, about $120 per month for them. We have wonderful insurance. They will have to cover their family if they bring them.
  • Paid Holidays/Vacations: A) vacation: 1 week the first year, it is accrued and earned through the year. Then it grows to 2 weeks, then 3 weeks at 10 years they get 4 weeks. B) Holidays: We give the standard 7 days per year, for the major US Holidays. c) Sick days: They get 3 sick days per year.

Transportation:

  • Paid Flight to Business Location: : Employer initially covers the cost of the flight, and then 2- deduct the expense from the workers paycheck and then 3- offer that amount back as a bonus at the 2 year of employment mark.
  • From Housing to Worksite: For the the first 30 days, we will help them. After 30 days, the worker needs to work on securing own transportation to facilitate their adaptation to the USA’s lifestyle.

Housing: 

  • Housing : We provide assistance for the first 30 days. We try to have this lined up before they get here to get them in permanant housing as quick as posible. We will provide up to 30 days hotel for them if we haven’t already secured housing by the time the worker is arriving to the place of employment.
