Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the Team Lead of our thriving real estate team based in Plano. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong technological proficiency, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Team Lead, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between the Team Lead and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Team Lead, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize electronic files, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks such as data entry and office organization.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the Team Lead.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide research support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to commute to Plano on a daily basis.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with real estate transaction management software (e.g., SkySlope).
