In this role, you’ll spend your days making the homes and workspaces of our clients more beautiful, functional, and comfortable by servicing the qualified leads that our award-winning marketing team generates. Everyone in the company is committed to your success, and your District leadership and field support team will work closely with you to help you reach your sales objectives, so you can take full advantage of our generous compensation plan. Our product offerings are kept fresh and current to ensure you can expertly meet your client’s preferences and unique buying needs. This position is eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Ft. Lauderdale market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service. The remaining $3,000 will be paid out after 180 days (or 6 months) of good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.
