3 Rivers Mental Health Solutions is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist Near Missoula, MT

3 Rivers Mental Health Center is recruiting for a full time receptionist for our psychiatric medical/ clinical therapy office. This is a fast paced job working in an office with multiple providers. Qualified candidates should show strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, computer skills, and excellent customer service.

Duties:
This entry level position provides support to the office manager specifically handling patient files, placing reminder calls, appointment scheduling, general filing, patient chart handling, data-entry, greeting patients, checking patients in and out of appointments, and maintaining a clean professional office. Some cross training with billing cycle tasks is likely.

Requirements:
The successful applicant must be polite, professional, detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills including ability to type proficiently, handle an electronic schedule, and an ability to empathize with and want to help the patients of the clinic. The reliability of the applicant is a high priority. Priority will be given to candidates with office or medical reception experience.

Job Type: Full-time, part time positions may also be available

Schedule. The position is currently structured for 8 hour days, however if interested there is the potential to alter it to a 4 day 10 hour day position. Please inquire during your interview if this is of interest.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
